Local Dining in Uptown

Who doesn’t love pancakes? Maggie B. shares“I came here for brunch on a Thursday and enjoyed it! This place offers breakfast and lunch options, so there is a lot to choose from. What I loved most about their menu is that many of their entrees come with a side of pancakes. When selecting an entree for brunch, I’m often torn between sweet and savory options, but here, you don’t have to choose and can enjoy the best of both worlds. For my main, I got the Migas Southwest Speciality. It had the ingredients of an omelet but was prepared as scrambled eggs. They layer cheddar cheese on top of eggs, onion, jalapeno, tomato, and tortilla strips for a nice, filling entree. The portion size was huge, and I couldn’t finish it all. The dish was served with their house-made salsa, which is mild but adds a nice texture to the eggs.”
